I designed a role-aware conversational FAQ interface that helps students, educators, administrators, and stakeholders quickly find answers via a persistent role switcher and contextual chat feed. The layout pairs a left-hand quick-nav of suggested questions with stacked message cards and a clear composer (voice/image affordances included) to prioritize scanability and smooth conversational flow. Built as a responsive component system, the design emphasizes hierarchy, accessible typography, and tactile elements so information is easy to scan and act on across devices.
